Education is personal. Finding the right support should be too.

Novi Education is a tutor-matching service based in Addis Ababa. We exist to make finding a suitable tutor easier for families, while creating meaningful opportunities for qualified tutors.

Rather than publishing a long directory and leaving parents to guess, we take the time to understand what a student actually needs — the subject, of course, but also the goals, the schedule, the learning style and the pace.

We believe the right tutor can do more than explain a subject. They can help a student build confidence, develop better study habits, and discover what they are capable of.
